Delete Your Account
If you want your DuetMe account and associated data deleted, you can request that from this page. Signed-in users can complete the deletion directly from account settings. If you cannot access your account, contact support and we will help verify and process your request.
Delete your account while signed in
Open your account settings and use the Delete my account option at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to confirm using the email address on your account.
Need help with a deletion request?
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your DuetMe account and ask for your account and data to be deleted.
What happens when you delete your account
Deleting your account removes access to your scripts, recordings, analyses, and other account data. You can read more about deletion timing and data retention in our Privacy Policy.
